Purpose: This Privacy Policy explains how AlignCoach.ai collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data, as well as the rights of individuals under applicable data protection laws such as GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA.

  • 4. Data Sharing and Subprocessors:Personal data may be shared with subprocessors such as:
  • Google LLC – cloud storage, email, collaboration
  • Other vendors explicitly listed in our Subprocessor Inventory
  • Each subprocessor is contractually bound to adhere to equivalent data protection standards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where required.

6. Data Retention:

 Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes, including:

  • 7 years for client contractual records
  • 12 months for marketing and usage analytics
  • Immediate deletion or anonymization upon request, subject to legal exceptions

We implement strict access controls, encryption, multi-factor authentication, device security, and ongoing monitoring to protect your data.

In the event of a data breach, AlignCoach.ai will notify affected clients within 24 hours of becoming aware of the incident, consistent with our internal incident response policy and contractual commitments. We will provide timely updates, including root cause and remediation steps.

10. Training and Awareness:

All AlignCoach.ai employees and contractors receive mandatory annual security and privacy training. We maintain a culture of continuous awareness and communicate key updates on evolving privacy regulations and best practices.
